Cutting Edge is the annual exhibition of the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT), which encourages digital entrepreneurship and innovation among students and showcases the innovative work of our students in both IT and business-related degree programs within the institution. It is brought back this year with more incredible plans and will be presented in a hybrid format, offering a dynamic platform for engagement.

Cutting Edge 2024 is ready to embark on a journey that unveils the transformative force that has reshaped the fabric of our existence by “Redefining the Frontier of Innovation”. The digital revolution has emerged as a catalyst, igniting a wave of innovation and progress that surges through every aspect of our lives.

There are several areas under cutting edge and, gaming is one of them. This year, highlights the growing significance of gaming and e-sports in the digital landscape, providing a platform for gamers to showcase their skills and for technology companies to support and engage with the gaming community. The competition will feature a series of online and offline rounds, culminating into a physical final event which will be happening on the cutting-edge event day on the 9th of July 2024 at BMICH.
